You can add participants as they arrive, or send an invitation before your conversation date. To add a new participants:
- Navigate to your homepage
- Tap the two line icon at the top left side of the screen
- Tap Add Member
- Enter a first name and an email address and tap Add.
New community members receive an email with a PIN they enter when logging into their mobile account for the first time. PINs expire after 30 days, but can be re-sent from the Manage Team tab on any browser.
