That said, here’s what we do know: We rely on limited, purpose-specific AI use and avoid resource-intensive deployments. Our AI usage is for text analysis (surfacing patterns across conversations, tagging highlights with codes)—a relatively lightweight application compared to the environmental impact of image/video generation or high-volume chatbot implementations.
