To add a new user, or update an existing user's permissions, go to your Admin page and click Manage Team.
Click Add to add a new teammate. Enter their name and email address. First, you'll be able to edit their organization-level access (between Member or Admin).

From there, you can give each team member access to specific collections, catalogs, and communities. You can also toggle Upload Conversations to allow them to upload audio, as long as they're set to Viewer or above.

Catalog-level Permissions:
If this teammate will also be using our Insights tool to tag highlights, make sure to toggle on Sensemaker access for the catalog they'll be using. Sensemaker access allows that teammate to take all actions in Insights, including creating and deleting codes.
📱 (Mobile only) Forum-level permissions
Anyone who has been added to your organization in any capacity also has access to your mobile community. You can also give further control by setting them to Host at the Organization level. If you're a manager of a specific forum on Cortico's mobile app, you can assign the following permissions to users:
