____
When you add a new team member on our platform, they'll be set as a Member by default.
Members are able to view private portals, but if you want your new teammate to be able to access full conversations, create highlights, or more, you'll want to start customizing their permissions.
To add a new user, or update an existing user's permissions, go to your Admin page and click Manage Team.
Click Add to add a new teammate. Enter their name and email address. First, you'll be able to edit their organization-level access (between Member or Admin).
