What’s the time commitment?
It varies by program. As a reference point, in our Teen Dialogue Accelerator, youth spent about 3-5 hours/month, and adult allies spent 5-7 hours/month, plus participation in learning intensives.
Are there full-day trainings?
Yes. We host virtual and in-person learning intensives that build skills, strengthen cohort connection, and launch project cycles.
