Why is the Cortico team passionate about youth work?
Our team includes former educators, community organizers, and youth-serving practitioners who have seen firsthand how powerful it is when young people are given the space and the tools to lead conversations about their own lives. We believe youth leadership strengthens communities and creates new civic pathways.
Who runs the programs?
Cortico’s Programs team designs the model in partnership with MIT’s Center for Constructive Communication. Local work happens between youth fellows and adult allies, with Cortico providing structures, processes, tools, and support.
