To upload a conversation to the Cortico platform, first select Conversations in the side navigation and then select Add Conversation.
This will direct you to the conversation upload form. From this form, you will be asked to upload your conversation audio. Our platform will accept MP3, M4A, and WAV audio files up to 1.5 GB.
From here, you will be asked to give your conversation a title, select the number of participants in the conversation, identify the languages spoken in the conversation, and select the date of the conversation.
You also have the option to select a location for the conversation and to identify any uncommon words that might appear in the conversation. Identifying any uncommon words (such as the names of people, places, and uncommon jargon) can help to improve the quality of the AI - generated transcript.
