If a participant says something during the conversation that they’d like to redact from the conversation record, a Cortico partner can request redaction on their behalf, and we will do our best to redact a portion of the conversation. Once a participant’s voice appears on the platform it may be accessible by the Cortico partner’s project participants, or our broader network of partners and participants, or in some cases public to anyone on the internet – these levels of visibility depend on a specific Cortico partner’s default preferences
Cortico partner administrators can write to help@cortico.ai and ask for a Cortico staffperson to make the redaction in the conversation record. Please specify what you would like to remove (to the best of your memory) and provide details on the conversation itself. If possible, please include timestamps.
Redactions are final and cannot be reverted for any reason. Any redacted section of speech will be replaced with a tone, and that section will be replaced with [redacted] in the transcript.
