As always, for any given Cortico partner, the Cortico services can vary and it is a Cortico partner’s responsibility to communicate how recorded conversations may be used and shared for any given project or initiative.
In partnering with Cortico, you have the right to remove conversation data, adjust access settings on the platform, and determine how it gets shared beyond the conversation itself. This includes responding to participant requests for redaction or removal of their data, and working with Cortico to honor those requests in a timely manner.
You may request to remove all or part of the conversations collected through your initiative at any time, and raw audio files and/or transcripts can be returned to you upon request.
What you share
In order for Cortico’s technology to be used for analysis, sharing and sensemaking, you grant broad permission to Cortico to use the data you have collected and shared on the platform to make our services possible, and in accordance with our mission. According to our Master Service Agreement with partners, this could include “providing implementation and support, improving the Services and conducting Cortico mission-aligned internal research.”
You can control how collections are labeled and what level of access you want to have associated with them.
Access & Visibility
As a Cortico partner, you will have administrative access to your conversation collection and can set the level of access to it. The options for access are outlined in our Help Desk here.
